| Abstract: | Aggregate data from ZA Study Nos. 1022 and 1023 on stress conduct of hospital employees. Topics: at the level of the 12 wards averages constructed from the individual scales were summarized into an independent data set. The ward averages primarily refer to stress data determined in ZA Study No. 1023. Further encoded was: average age of personnel and patients on the wards; averages of judgement on personnel and doctors by patients. (English) |
| Translation of the abstract: | Aggregierte Daten aus den ZA-Studien-Nrn. 1022 und 1023 zum Streßverhalten der Krankenhausbediensteten. Themen: Auf der Ebene der 12 Stationen wurden die aus den einzelnen Skalen gebildeten Mittelwerte zu einem selbständigen Datensatz zusammengefaßt. Die Stationsmittelwerte beziehen sich vornehmlich auf die in der ZA-Studien-Nr. 1023 ermittelten Streßdaten. Weiterhin wurden verkodet: Durchschnittsalter des Personals wie auch der Patienten auf den Stationen; Durchschnittswerte der Beurteilung von Pflegepersonal und Ärzten durch den Patienten. (German) |
