| Abstract: | The job situation, the relationship of personnel to patients and to colleagues from the view of hospital employees. Topics: sanctioning and personal communication of personnel among one other; innovative communication, work-related and patient-related communication; idealization of care of the sick; influence on one´s own work; judgement on stress burden at work; work satisfaction; relationship with patients; cooperation difficulties and judgement on cooperation on the wards; relationship with superiors; frustrating situations and trouble in the hospital; assumptions about the satisfaction of patients on the ward; authoritarianism; contacts after work; attitude to leisure time. Scales formed ad hoc were primarily used in the survey. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; occupational training. (English) |
| Translation of the abstract: | Die Arbeitssituation, das Verhältnis des Pflegepersonals zu den Patienten und zu den Kollegen aus der Sicht von Krankenhausbediensteten. Themen: Sanktionierende und persönliche Kommunikation des Personals untereinander; innovative Kommunikation, arbeitsbezogen und patientenbezogene Kommunikation; Idealisierung der Krankenpflege; Einfluß auf die eigene Arbeit; Beurteilung der Streßbelastung am Arbeitsplatz; Arbeitszufriedenheit; Verhältnis zu den Patienten; Kooperationsschwierigkeiten und Beurteilung der Zusammenarbeit auf den Stationen; Verhältnis zu den Vorgesetzten; frustrierende Situationen und Ärger im Krankenhaus; Vermutungen über die Zufriedenheit der Patienten auf der Station; Autoritarismus; Kontakte außer Dienst; Einstellung zur Freizeit.
